What is Capoeira?
Capoeira is a unique martial art that was devised by enslaved Africans who were taken to Brazil. It was disguised as a dance and incorporates elements of flexibility, core strength, acrobatics and music.
Who is Teaching?
Capoeira in Solihull is not-for-profit and taught by Instrutor Paninho. Having practised Capoeira for over 15 years with a renowned academy in Birmingham, he has come to Solihull to share this amazing Afro-Brazilian artform to kids and adults, promoting physical fitness and mental well-being.
Where is it?

Wednesdays 6.15pm to 7.15pm - Solihull College and University Centre, B91 1SB (directions).
